Welcome to linenfabriconline.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

1. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen and device settings.

Linen is a natural material. Slight variations in color, texture or weave may occur between batches. These are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Fabric is cut from a roll and may have minor irregularities typical for natural textiles.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to:

  • availability
  • payment confirmation
  • our acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR.

  • EU customers: prices include VAT
  • Non-EU customers: prices are shown without VAT

Payment must be completed at checkout using secure payment methods available on our website.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to the timelines stated on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery times depend on:

  • destination country
  • shipping method
  • courier services

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • import duties
  • taxes
  • customs fees

may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • in original condition

Due to the nature of fabric (cut-to-order), returns may be limited unless the item is defective.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

In case of a return:

  • the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment
  • all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
  • we do not provide return shipping labels

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Product Use Disclaimer

We are not responsible for how the fabric is used after purchase. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate materials for their intended use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, product descriptions and branding, is the property of linenfabriconline.com and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • delays caused by shipping providers
  • errors due to incorrect customer information

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
